Find dispatch times and order details for orders made specifically to a customer's specifications. All dispatch times below are indicative.
Quickship
Some product variations are offered as Quickship with a shorter dispatch time – download overview (PDF). Special requests are not possible, and if you select a mix of products it will always follow the longest dispatch time. Discounts and promotions can not be combined with Quickship.
Quickship orders are binding and cannot be modified or cancelled. Ordering is possible in Design Pro in the module "Quickship". Please be aware that the dispatch times below are indicative.
Discontinued colours
It is possible to order discontinued colours twice a year. The delivery weeks are week 14 and 40 and the order deadlines are 1 February and 1 August. A surcharge of 30% is calculated – download overview (PDF)
Orders with discontinued colours should be made in Design Pro. This is done by making a regular order on a random available colour and writing a note in "order notes" saying e.g. Order should be in discontinued colour 106 Latte.
