Join the team — Contract Sales Manager, Norway
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Contract Sales Manager to join our Norwegian team. In this role, you will report directly to our Global Sales Director and collaborate closely with the local sales team.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and executing Montana Furniture’s contract sales strategy across Norway, working with premium dealers, architects, designers, and end users. You’ll play a key role in both implementing and shaping our strategy for the Norwegian market, driving and unfolding the potential of the colourful world of Montana Furniture. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing our go-to-market strategy
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients
- Managing accounts and activities via our CRM system
- Creating and maintaining a dynamic project portfolio
- Leading projects from inception to completion
- Conducting product training sessions for dealers
- Delivering engaging product presentations
- Representing Montana at fairs, exhibitions, and sales events

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the design, interior, or related industry
- A strong interest in interiors, design, or architecture

- Ability to lead and close projects independently
- Excellent networking skills and relationship-building ability
- Self-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage your own schedule effectively
Role details:
- The role reports to the Global Sales Director
- Based in Oslo, Norway
- Includes travel within Norway, as well as occasional trips to exhibitions and meetings at our HQ in Denmark
- Estimated 40–50 travel days per year
- Requires fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English
