Delivery and dispatch times
At Montana, we operate with dispatch times and delivery times. Our dispatch times vary depending on the product you have purchased. Below you can see which delivery times apply to our different products and series.
Dispatch times
All Montana products are produced at our factory in Haarby, and the production of your furniture will begin once we have confirmed your order. It means that we make the furniture specifically for you. At Montana, we place very high demands on quality control, so you can be confident that your Montana furniture lives up to your expectations.
Please note that the dispatch time indicates when your product is shipped from our factory and not when you will be receiving it. Forwarding time must therefore be imposed.
4-8 business days
On select variants, Montana offers an indicative shipping time of 4-8 business days.
- Montana Mini – includes the entire series in all colours.
- Panton Wire – includes the entire series in all colours. Due to supplier challenges, all Panton Wire products in chrome have a longer dispatch time than usual.
- Montana Selection – choose from six colours: Anthracite, Nordic, New White, Monarch, Mushroom and Vanilla.
- Montana Free – includes the entire series in all colours except textured lacquer.
- Montana Hall – includes selected variants.
- Panton One – choose from four variants: Clark/Black, Clark/stainless steel, Paper Black/Black and Paper Nature/chrome.
- HiLow 2 and HiLow 3 – height-adjustable desks in selected sizes with Snow micro laminate tabletop and three frame colours.
5+ weeks
This dispatch time may vary. It includes all Montana products and components other than those we have mentioned above. Please note that this latter dispatch time is indicative and may be affected by circumstances such as industrial holidays. We will inform you by e-mail about the precise delivery week when your order is put into production.
